Location terms of use
Scope: the Google Location context feature. These service-specific terms apply when that feature is available to your authorized account. This page does not itself enable provider calls, approve listing access, or replace terms for unrelated platform features.
Google services
Use of Google Maps features and content in this service is also subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, incorporated here for that use. See the Location privacy notice for information handling and Google's Privacy Policy.
Use and review
Only supply addresses, coordinates, and other inputs that you are permitted to use. Review the selected location and requested operation before making a provider request. Nearby results are unreviewed candidates, not approved vendors or professional recommendations. Route and weather results provide geographic or operational context, not proof of property suitability, ownership, licensing, capacity, or safety.
Content boundaries
Keep Google and other required source attributions with their results. The initial location service is for interactive display: it does not authorize copying Google results into Horizon's permanent RAW archive, public listings, marketing exports, or external AI tools. Listing, photo, and other third-party rights remain separate.
Availability and controls
Available operations depend on account permissions, supported coverage, provider configuration, and service limits. A request may be blocked or fail. Saved input, a selected place ID, or an estimated usage receipt does not prove that a complete downstream business workflow has been validated.
